Interview
3 rounds of remote Teams meetings before being requested to join them onsite in Austin (this was for a remote role). The 4th interview was framed as a "meet the team" sort of thing but it was not that at all. It was a direct interview with multiple managers and a C level executive.
If you have worked at more than a few companies in your career expect to get reamed about it and asked MANY times about it in the same interview while having your loyalty questioned.
They claim to want someone who is ambitious and wants to grow but they will then be put off if you state you don't want to be in this role in 5 years.
The company does not appear to be stable as this single System Administrator role was stressed to be make or break for the entire company.
