Complete waste of time. Did 6 (6!) interviews with Sigma employees including a principal software engineer. All of which I passed, then rejected at the last stage by what seemed like a junior engineer. The final stage was an sort of silly 'culture fit' type questions and then a hacker rank problem with 7 minutes to go. Joke
