Phone screening + Physical interview that focused on both the technical aspect as well as a the personal motivation and aspirations of the candidate. The interview took place in the presence of the head of the department and a member of his team. It was casual and lighthearted.

Straight forward based on experience as planner in supply chain. No brain teaser question fortunately . Some good behavioral questions as well. Overall standard question similar to other organizations process
