I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Signify (Cambridge, MA) in Mar 2020
Interview
Applied via LinkedIn, interview process started with a recruiter call followed by a phone interview which I think is super easy for any person who understands machine learning. Onsite interview was pretty damn hard (felt like I was setup to fail) and was from 9 to 4. First interview was with the head of the lab, a pretty headstrong guy. Next was a presentation round followed by a 3 on 1 interview on deep learning, questions were super open ended like "count number of dogs in a city via computer vision". Next was a lunch interview followed by a coding round, asked to code Djisktra's algorithm on white board. Next was a general machine learning interview, followed by a behavioral interview. Got rejected after a week.
I cracked many interviews before and got rejected many times in the past, this one was a weird experience to me. There are many great companies out there, don't waste your time and energy on this one.
