Signify Project Procurement Engineer interview questions

They have called me to HR interview. My first impression was not good anyways since the guy was 15 minutes late. But interview itself was quite good and the interviewer seemed to be very kind. He asked some HR type questions and some questions about my previous experience. I have answered all his questions and in the end he told me that he was very impressed that he will definitely call me for the next round and he told me to wait few days. 2-3 weeks have passed, but I didn't hear back from them. I contacted him in LinkedIn, I wrote them an email asking about the status of the application, but NO ANSWER. I have rejected some of other interviews since I was very sure that this was my perfectly matched position. What they did was so UNPROFESSIONAL. At least they could respond my messages saying that they won't take my application further or so. Anyways, it is so annoying to see the companies being so unprofessional and rude!
