The interview process had 6 rounds, in none of the rounds the person interviewing turned up on time. They reschedule atleast 3 times that too last minute. Also after multiple rounds , the subsequent interview spoc is not aware of the prior processes the candidate has gone through. It took almost a month. Suddenly after salary discussion and receiving the final salary structure over email and along the pre offer documents and after 5 rounds, out of nowhere there comes a 6th round and again with the same repeated set of questions, highly unprofessional process. On the 6th round without any feedback they say you are rejected after clearing 5 rounds which included case study presentation, which the might now use it for their own benefit. This is absolute exploitation of a candidates time and aspirations. Thumbs down. Also, in the final round they said we have no basis to judge you, in that case I wouldn’t have cleared 5 rounds ? So why was the time wasted. Absolute unprofessionals.
