We had a virtual information session with the recruiter on campus. I applied thereafter online -- heard back about two weeks later that I'd have a video interview. The interview was digital, so, all you can see is yourself talking. After that interview, the recruiter contacted me about the next step (which is a 30 minute phone interview with him) -- then, the day before it was going to take place, he emailed and cancelled, essentially saying that other candidates were a better fit.
