Applied online, got a phone call later that day asking if I could come in for an interview in a few weeks time, later went to London and had 4 interviews.

Lots of standards questions such as why SVB? Walk me through your CV etc.
I tripped up on one of the questions which was describe a time you've faced diversity. Feel like they're really looking for someone with passion toward small businesses and helping them grow.
