I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter for a pre-screening call about two weeks later. At the end of the call, I was scheduled for a Zoom interview with the hiring manager for the following week. Joined the Zoom call on-time and waited for an hour and the hiring manager never showed up. Contacted the scheduler who didn’t apologize and never received any sort of call or email apologizing by the hiring manager either. The following week I received an email declining me for the position saying they selected someone else. Obviously they had someone else lined up for the position and didn’t bother to cancel my interview ahead of time out of courtesy. Waste of time and PTO day.
