The recruiter seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with my CV, my education, or the basics of the role. She couldn’t answer questions about the team, the manager, or daily responsibilities, which made the interview feel rushed and last-minute. The offered salary was also far below industry standards. Overall, the process felt unprofessional and poorly coordinated.
