Interview
Pre-recorded Video Interview with 5 questions. If you go through standard competency and strength based questions you will be fine. Also need to make sure you know why the firm and demonstrate commercial awareness. The interview is short, you have 60 seconds to prepare an answer and 90 seconds to answer if I remember correctly. You have one practice before the real ones begin. You can stop your answer early if you don't need the full 90 seconds.

Please tell us something about yourself (elevator pitch answer)
The interview involved self-introduction, competency-based interview questions, technical questions (a problem scenario). There was a mandarin test (reading aloud a paragraph and dictating a paragraph). There was an online drafting test.

Interview
Logical reasoning and verbal reasoning assessment that was followed by some video interview questions. Around 5 questions of basic fit and competency that is expected for any video interview. Prepare why law, why the firm, what's going on in the legal world etc.
Initial stage is a written application involving basic motivational questions. Followed by a skills competency test. The AC was all online, three different tasks, all individual. Ran seamlessly. Completed AC but haven't heard an outcome over 2 months later.
