I applied online. I interviewed at Simmons & Simmons
Interview
First there was an inbox exercise where we had to create a to-do list based on emails we had received. Tasks had to be prioritised as low-priority and high-priority based on their importance and urgency. Then there was a case study exercise where we received a list of documents pertaining to an accusation of bribery, and we had to do a 5 minute presentation after. This was followed by some simple follow up questions. Then a 30 minute competency interview.
