So the office supposedly understaffed, and I was called in for a face to face. Went there waited for 20 minutes for someone to take me to the conference room where the interview was supposed go be held. Waited for another 10 mins for the person who was supposed to take my interview. They showed up after 10 mins sat with me for 5-7 minutes, hardly, and only asked me technical questions like definitions. Didn't talk about my back ground or my qualifications , and with in 5 minutes i was told that they were really busy and they don't have time right now but i will be contacted at 6 that night to discuss the position further. And i was like great i will talk to you at 6. I waited for a week and a half for that call but i didn't receive it. Called the recruiting company told them the situation and everything but they couldn't get a hold of the interviewer. And today i called the recruiting company again to find out that they have chosen someone else over me. And i felt really insulted that i wasn't given a fair shot at the interview. 5 minutes are not enough to make this decision and definitely not enough to know someone. And i hold 7 certifications. I wasn't given a fair chance and they hired some one else because they gave that interview more time than me. I'm not making the 5 minute part up. I was literally in and out of the place in close to 35 minutes.
Very unfair and highly unprofessional! It was a waste of my time and i was extremely disappointed!
