Applied online and waited weeks to hear back. Had an extensive phone interview, skills/writing test, personality test, in person group interview. Was told that they would absolutely let me know either way within a week. After two weeks, I followed up with emails and still didn't hear back for another 2-3 weeks.
The overall interview process was okay but I didn't get the offer because of the company's concerns about visa sponsorship. My recruiter stayed on the call to help me review my portfolio website and gave some useful advice, which I really appreciated.

Interview
Live interview two steps, very personable director. Enjoyed working there, just far away from home so that made it more difficult other than that the staff were friendly, enjoyed my workload. Extremely low pay but extremely low to live in that area so pay matches the area.
