The interview process was highly demanding and felt overly rigorous for the role. It consisted of an online assessment (personality and quantitative sections), followed by a panel interview and a same-day AVP and HR interview. Candidates were required to prepare and present slides during the panel interview, which added significant pressure to an already intensive process.
The overall selection process appeared extremely selective, with expectations that may be disproportionate to an entry-level or associate role. The interview questions were particularly challenging and often required deep knowledge of current economic and policy issues, as well as the ability to articulate structured opinions under time constraints. At times, the difficulty level felt closer to senior-level discussions rather than typical associate responsibilities.
