Interview
The interview process took about two months and involved HR, an engineering manager, and a senior engineer. Everyone was polite, but the expectations were unclear. The interviews didn’t go into deep technical discussions, and instead I was given a ball-picking style assignment along with a general software-flow task. They mainly asked about my experience and current responsibilities but never explained what type of senior engineer they were looking for. As a result, even after being shortlisted, it was hard to understand what criteria I fell short on.

Interview
SIOUX is a human-centric working place. They are kind and understanding. They can even postpone the job interview that is because dates are not fit for you. The HR team was very helpful and answered all my questions before the first interview.
