The interview process at Sirion Labs Gurgaon locatiom was a frustrating experience that left much to be desired. The interview process was organized into three rounds, with two technical interviews and one managerial interview. While the interviewers were professional, the overall experience was disappointing.
Interview was scheduled coz I said HR that I will join in 60 days, but after the third round, HR said I needed to join in 30 days. This sudden change was confusing and stressful.This lack of clarity made me question the company's honesty.
The malpractice these companies are doing is that they want you to join early but will not release you in less than 90 days after joining.
In summary, the confusing timeline and lack of transparency made the experience frustrating. I recommend potential candidates to be cautious when considering this company.

Through interview process, they really test your overall Tech exposure. Resume, DSA, Computer fundamentals everything. They are very picky while recruiting new joiners. Overall it was a very intresting process
