Interview
Very Long, Very slow process. Interfaced approximately weekly with recruiter in Dallas, phone interview with hiring manager, in person interview with 2 peers and hiring manager. Also met with the local HR representative. The in person interview was held at the offices in Washington DC and took 4 hours. I was subsequently told a person with better qualifications was selected. Several weeks later I noted the position open on the website again so I contacted the recruiter. I was told the highly qualified candidate had fallen through but they "were going with other candidates".

In-Person and remote interviews. Excellent communication with the recruiter throughout the process. Met with the hiring manager, one level up, and members of the team. Sat with people doing the job currently to see the OJT experience.
