The interview process was very pleasant and easy. The people are very nice and down to earth, ask good questions and really listen. I felt very comfortable in my interview and even had a few laughs. This organization seems like a very good one to work for with a great community.

Took 3 months after applying to get the phone call. They were pretty pushy about getting me in for an interview as soon as possible. Initially there was some confusion because they wanted me to go to an actual apartment complex and not the head quarters. It took forever for me to get into the parking garage and into the building. Thankfully I was there early. I went in and sat at a round table with about 4 different people in it. They all asked me questions about my experience and how I would feel working on Skid Row.
