I had an entirely behavioral interview going into my master’s program (post senior year), just wanted to get to know the applicant better. Asked about previous internships and school involvement/projects done in class.

The interview process was less formal than expected. It was more focused on getting to know each other on a personal level than evaluating technical capabilities. While you may interview for one office, all locations are in communication and you may receive an offer elsewhere.
