Attended a group interview of about 70 participants. After narrowing down the crowd to about 50 after describing job, ratio policy and immediate leave date for training. Everyone did their one minute introduction and answer to question. I was one of 19 who made it to F2F.

What makes you a good fit for Flight Attendsnt at SkyWest.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
