The interview process was straight forward. We arrived prior to the specified start time, and had an opportunity to mingle with other applicants. Then we formed a single file line, handed in our resumes, and referral letters if we had them. After this we went into a room, where we removed our shoes, and the recruiters took our heights to insure we were within the company guidance.
It was after this that we continued to mingle with one another until the recruiters closed the doors, and began a presentation on SkyWest, and the history of the company. Upon conclusion of the presentation and Q&A session, we were given a break, and then came back into the room for further instructions. We did not do a 60 second introduction on why we would make a great flight attendant, but instead, we were all given Face-to-Face interviews.
Upon conclusion of the F2F interview, we were informed that we would hear back from the company within 3 weeks on whether we receive a TBNT email or a CJO.
I applied online on 12-28-2018, and accepted my CJO with SkyWest on 01-22-2018. Here was the timeline:
Applied online: 12-28-2018
Group Interview/F2F: 01/02/2019
CJO email/Acceptance: 01/22/2019
I do not want to give too much information on what the interview process is like as it was my first time ever applying to and interviewing for an airline. Everyone's experience is different, but I will say that the recruiters are watching you. Just be professional, and show them you want the job. Don't try to put on a fake personality. Be who it is you really are.
