I applied in-person. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Open house interview at a hotel. Our group was small so we all were offered one on one interviews.
I came hopeful about the company as I have heard great things about Skywest Airlines. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the employees representing the company at the interview. The people there to interview for the position were very unprofessional as well, some were in jeans and tennis shoes but were still offered an interview.
I was interviewed by flight attendant in her 40s. She was dressed in a leather skirt and a tight top. Another interviewer was in a tight mini dress and you could see her undergarments underneath the dress. My interviewer had a cough, apparently because "she just got bak from Paris," and proceeded to cough on me the entire interview. She asked my why I left every single position in the past. In my last position, I was diagnosed with a severe health disorder and was not sure how long treatment would last. I spoke with my base manager and we decided I would work my last two weeks and leave in good standing. My interviewer could not get over the fact that I left my previous position and pried continuously about my health issues.
From there, the interview went downhill. She was very hostile and hateful to me, while coughing on me.
Overall I was very surprised at the flight attendants representing Skywest. The very unprofessional way that I was treated because I had a health issue, not to mention the appearance of the employees, made me think twice about wanting to work for this company. I suggest you look elsewhere as it would be an embarrassment to represent Skywest.

Question 1
Why didn't you take medical leave at your previous job?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
