Did an overall briefing with all the applicants describing the interview process and requirements. Then broke down into groups and interview each applicant individually separate from the group. I was contacted about 3wks later with my acceptance notification.

Interview
I found It to be pretty easy just like a normal interview just more steps to take. Thinking critically is a must because they will ask questions about situations that you haven’t been in before. Remember it’s customer service.

Application submitted. A few days later I was invited to interview which I did immediately online with questions then a few minutes later the second interview invite which I also did online and it was a video interview. A couple hours later I received an invite to training

Interview
The interview process has been professional and fast-paced with a tremendous amount of support and excellent communication throughout. There was email communication and video interview which was recorded offering only one opportunity to answer the question.
