I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Ocala, FL) in May 2021
Interview
The interview went as expected. There was an HR portion followed up by the technical questions. The captain that interviewed me made it formal but laid back. At no point did I feel like I was being drilled with questions or uncomfortable.

Very relaxed. Had to prepare a lot on the topics addressed, but the interview was relatively straight forward with the studying I had done. I felt good in the interview and really was able to ask a lot of questions, learn more about the company, and it allowed me to know this is where I wanted to go.
