I was interviewed by a panel of three, which included the Personnel Processing Lead, the Personnel Processing Lead Assistant and a GS employee. I did an introduction of myself and then they proceeded to the questions.

Most of the questions were about leadership, skills and customer service. There are also scenarios, in which you would have to answer of what would you do in a situation.
