The interview process started with a phone interview with the recruiter, then another with the District Manager. Both went very well and had me very excited to start. I am eager to see what I can do from here on in.

Interview
First initial interview is with the HR Generalist over the phone. Second interview is with the District Manager and went well. Third interview is the VP of Sales. He very much tries to intimidate the interviewee. Education is not considered a plus by him. He does not seem to understand working part time while enrolled in a college or university.

Took about a month for the whole process. Phone interview first, then in person interview with someone from middle management. Just asked your basic sales questions. The second interview, they double teamed me with two men from management
