Smart Communications Software Development Analyst interview questions

Favorable processing time. The interviewers are friendly especially the Tech Lead who interviewed us before. The interview was formal but in a casual way. They are not intimidating and makes you feel comfortable during the interview process to the extent that they let you speak your native language.

There were 4 interviews and one exam, HR then Team Lead then Supervisor then Manager. The hr was very professional and also familiar with the technical terms, so she/he would be asking some technical cases with you. The interview with the TL was rather technical, more on the programming language theories. The interview with the Supervisor was smooth, basically about your strengths and weaknesses. And lastly, the Manager was I think for formality only.
