Straightforward process. Had initial phone screening and none of the questions were difficult. Recruiter was very friendly, took the time to talk through what I was looking for before we both realized it wasn't a great fit.

Multiple calls with various people from recruitment to VPs. Smooth conversation covering role expectations and my experience and how they would work together. Pretty fast process from start to finish.
