Interview
There were three phone interviews one with recruiter one with management staff and one with a regional manager. There were two in person interviews, one with the district manager. Then one with the district manager and the training general manager which concluded with 2/3 hours of shadowing/in-position learning, which relates to free labor.
Asked a few questions about experience and job history. Gave background of company and talked about what the company was looking for. Also talked about pay and benefits that were offered.

The interview process is a little long, but the have to make sure they are finding the perfect fit. i also got to go behind the scenes and watch how operations are ran to make sure that i would be happy working for the company.

Interview
It consisted of calculated questions to determine my competence and ability to be a positive part of the smash burger team. I was interviewed by the current general manager and also the district manager that was over the store I was applying for.
