Easy to apply online. Worked for one month at new location and was hired on first interview. Was promoted to Shift Leader after about 3 weeks. No difficult questions, and casual interview. Typical restaurant questions such as, "If a customer is unhappy what do you do to rectify the situation?"
The interview for Smash Burger was easy. They asked a lot of behavioral questions. The interview lasted around 30 mins. The onboarding was quick and simple. Overall it was a good experience.

Sat down and asked a couple of basic questions. The manager was laid back. Overall, it was not a hard process, not a lot of stress. Just make sure you answer the questions to the best of your ability.
