Overall i had a good experiences about that please. Interviewer was nice and professional, give me a little tour about the place and some idea about there business. Ask me everything about my last job and how was my experiences there.
Asked a few questions about experience and job history. Gave background of company and talked about what the company was looking for. Also talked about pay and benefits that were offered.

The interview process is a little long, but the have to make sure they are finding the perfect fit. i also got to go behind the scenes and watch how operations are ran to make sure that i would be happy working for the company.

Interview
It consisted of calculated questions to determine my competence and ability to be a positive part of the smash burger team. I was interviewed by the current general manager and also the district manager that was over the store I was applying for.
