Applied Online, was contacted two weeks later for a phone screening interview with Talent Acquisition, once that was done was contacted for TEAMS interview with Director of HR the following week, then a few weeks later had final round in person interview with HRBPs that would be coworkers. The initial interview was great, talent acquisition was professional and kind and stayed in touch throughout the process and I was very excited for the opportunity, and I felt it would have been a perfect fit. However, once I moved on to the interviews with employees in HR things started to become chaotic. No one seemed to speak to one another throughout the process so while it appeared they liked me and were moving me forward, they weren't actually assessing me as I moved through and there was confusion on who the hiring manager was on my end. They took several months to get back to me after the final interview and when they finally did (after I had to reach out to them and ask) it was with a generic rejection email. I felt like my time was not respected and that after three interviews some feedback would have been appreciated.
