-Phone screening with initial recruiter - very poor communication and scheduling was incredibly difficult due to lack of communication and responsiveness from recruiter
-Zoom interview with hiring manager and senior member of PM team
-After hiring manager interview is when a different recruiter took over the hiring process…again, disappointed in communication
-Zoom interview with VP of department and another member of the PM team
-Overall process gave me cold feet early on between the two recruiters. Ended up being offered the job but couldn’t come to agreement on salary even though both recruiters had asked what my salary requirement was during the interview process (initial recruiter even gave me the range of salary they were looking to stay within and my requirement was within that range). The negotiation process was very difficult due to not being able to reach the recruiter for 8 consecutive days for any type of update. After 8 days they finally sent an email saying they couldn’t meet my counter offer and they are moving forward with other candidates instead.
