The interview was the standard interview process with HR followed by managers. But the crucial part for me was the exam process. The exam consisted of a broadcast technical knowledge evaluation, a scripting knowledge evaluation and a design evaluation. This really tested candidate ability and felt like a fair and concise approach.

The process moved really quickly. After an initial interview I was invited back to meet members of the wider team, who were all very welcoming. There was lots of feedback along the way and I was kept informed at all stages of the process. The HR team were friendly and welcoming and everyone was very engaging
