First phone call was with a man named Damien. He was very informative and knowledgeable. After chatting and getting to know one another a bit, he invited me to take a battery of online quizzes and tasks. After that I was scheduled for a panel interview where two people asked different types of scenario questions and what would you do type questions as well as historical and general personal questions.
