You do a oral board. You pass that you have an Intake interview if that goes good you get a conditional offer of employment and you have to pass poly and medical

The hiring process was pretty typical for a lateral officer. You have a mailer questionare/test that you have to score a 70 or above on. Then testing is set up in Washington (Medical, Psychological, Polygraph, Drug screen, Etc.) Everyone at the department was super nice, and they made the best effort to accommodate me. This is a great place to work!!!
