Snowflake Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interview interview questions

I interviewed with Snowflake for UKI BDR position in Amsterdam. The process was all over the place as it was impossible to get replies back from both HR and hiring manager during the process. In the end I recieved a job offer and wanted to check with a few former employers to see if it’s a healthy place to work in. However, the feedback I recieved was horrendous (no work life balace as said during interviews at all, hire fire culture , bad management etc.) I also noticed that hiring managers for UKI market are recent joiners to the company and it felt like I wouldn’t thrive under such leaderships so I turned down their offer.
