      Operations Interview

      4 Nov 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Social Imprints

      Interview

I was contacted by a nice guy named Matt who was professional and kind. He asked me about my experience and set up a phone interview with the CEO, Jeff. The first question before asking anything about my experience was what I knew about the company and how I aligned with their social mission. Then after that Jeff tore into my resume and probed in a way that felt like everything on my resume was a lie and he was disputing each bullet instead of asking for more information. He had a hostile and intimidating tone. I thought that maybe I was just being sensitive and I read the other interviews and glassdoor reviews from their own HR and feel like I dodged a bullet! HARD PASS.
