Interview Consists of 3 rounds: Round 1: General Questions about Resume and prior experience Round 2: Assignment on Spring Boot and Docker to show that you understand the responsibilities of the role. Round 3: Assessment of the assignment All 3 rounds went perfectly fine. The manager told me I'll hear a feedback within a week. When I emailed in a week to ask what happened, the manager said the team hasn't finished giving a feedback and will take one more week. So, I waited. After a week again I asked and this time I got an automated email saying that the manager left the role and please contact XYZ person for the result of this role. Since then I have sent 3 emails and never heard back from them. If they show such unprofessional-ism towards an internship role then I don't know how bad it would be for a normal role.
