Worst company to go for interview, i am surprised with the questions they have asked and they decade back in building solutions for the world. Interviewer spent 1 1/2 hr to take interview and finally said your skills are not matching with what we are looking...then i asked why did you take 1 1/2 discussion and he does not have answer. My view was it tipical ego problem and companies should not encourage these kind of people to be in interview panel if they want to gros....by the way i have 12+ yrs experience in one company where i would have taken 250+ interviews.....

La deuxième étape est constituée de differents entretiens :
- Entretien technique
- Entretien rh
Dernière étape, entretien de proposition.
There were 2 technical interviews. They asked a no of problem solving questions and concepts of oops , java. 1st interviewer was very friendly and easy going . 2nd one was really tough and asked really difficult questions that too for 1 hrs.
