The interview process wasn’t too challenging. I had a phone interview with the HR recruiter and an in-person interview with the hiring manager. However, I was disappointed that no one followed up after the second interview. I took time out of my day to meet with multiple people and attend the in-person discussion, so the lack of communication afterward felt discouraging.
