Contacted by Sodexo recruiter after application to job posting, scheduled telephone screen. Then contacted by hiring manager over email. Interviewed by clinical nutrition manager and 2 clinical dietitians. They alternated questions to ask.

Describe a conflict with a peer and how you solved it. Describe a time you had a project that you didn't think you would finish in time. How do you like to communicate with your coworkers, team, patients? How do you provide customer service? Is this position challenging enough for you? Describe a time you implemented a policy or procedure. From your past experience, what makes you suited for this position?
Interview process is very straightforward and it helps to have relevant stories from past experience ready to tell. Had great experience with multiple interviews from the recruiter to the hiring manager

Fast, easy, digital. In depth questions and thinking. Really appreciated the interview process and professionalism. This was about 6 years ago, so I do not remember it fully. Was also an interview process with the hospital it was contracted through.

Interview process involved, phone screen with the recruiter, in person interview with general manager and Clinical nutrition manager, and then, I was offered the job by phone call. I was sent offer letter by email and told expectations once signed offer letter.
