Interview
Really a small company. 15 employee work there. First round Aptitude test. Bond of 1.5 years. They ask for original documents for bond. No spoon feeding they don't even train their employee when they are fresher. HR is strict and rude.

Question 1
Apti consist of prove the Pythagoras theorem, equation of line, equation of a line perpendicular to x and y axis, sorting program, reverse of a string, fibonacci series, palindrome of a string,define abstract class, difference between abstract and interface, typecasting, inheritance and eg, 2<<5 , convert binary to hex.
There was just a written test after writing Pythagoras theorem and sorting program they said you got selected.There was 1.5 years of bond with bad salary. There was no work in java and they were only work on dotnet.
If you told them that you don't have any knowledge on dotnet then also they said you got selected and both are similar technologies.
I think they only gave a software installation work to freshers .

I have applied online and I got mail with in a 2 days and they called for interview on next day. there mostly 2 round first is technical written test and second is HR round.
