I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Softchoice (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2016
Interview
Received an email from a recruiter asking if I was interested in the company, with a simple reply we had a phone interview set up for later that week. On the call it was quite casual with a lot of "tell me about your experience". I asked several questions to gain some information on the company and work atmosphere and the recruiter was happy to provide any information needed.

Interview
I applied on LinkedIn and got a call from a recruiter the next day who gave me a lot of information about Softchoice and how I could have long term success there in sales. I came in for an interview the following week where I met with 2 managers and sat with a rep for about 45 minutes to ask questions and get a better idea of what my days would be like as a SC rep.

Interview
Typical interview process with 3 plus interviews with various managers and team leads. There was also an online test that was utilized in the hiring decisions. The location was great, people were friendly, however, had the impression of the office being a "boys club" and not very diversified. 1st manager was very straight forward, almost seemed a little rude.
