the interview was of standard process HR call and a technical interview. It went very smooth, a lot a technical question have been asked and also asked about motivation to apply for that position.

Interview was in 2018. Questions on the technical experiences and some theoretical aspects in software testing. I was a junior but unfortunately they asked a lot of advanced questions which need long practical experience

Initial Communication was good direct from HR. Spoke on the phone a couple of times prior to the interview
Interview was organised and communicated efficiently. Interview consisted of a test
(Software QA principles) and a 1 2 1 Interview with an Senior Manager. All was handled well.
No communication after the interview. Emailed HR 2 weeks after my interview asking for feedback. No response! Really unprofessional!
