There was a pre-screening via phone call, followed by two rounds of interviews. I was asked to do some assignments before the first interview. Assignments included playing a fun computer game that assessed the player’s thinking skills. The interviewers provided constructive feedback about these assignments. The next interview was about determining interests and to see if it aligned with the available client assignments.
