I went through two separate interviews for the position—one was a phone interview with the HR specialist, and the other was a video call with a director and manager from Solari. Both interviews were conducted professionally and with great attention to detail, making the entire process clear and easy to navigate

Very easy. Two interviews I’m on the third one now I think it’s a very rewarding career especially when you are knowledgeable from previous occupations. Great way to start out as a psychology major.

Interview
The interview process was seamless and provided an opportunity to talk with a recruiter and two members of the hiring team. They were all very knowledgeable and it was evident that the company takes pride in their values and mission as well as finding strong candidates to add to the team. The questions asked were relevant and many were specific to the position. The questions were designed to ensure that candidates are skilled and knowledgeable. Communication was timely in all parts of the interview process. It was a great experience.
