First, I interviewed with a nice recruiter (who sadly no longer works for the company): she gathered my basic info, resume, etc., and said she would pass it along to the inquiring organizations interested in my skills. I got an interview set up within a month and accepted the position although not immediately. At first, I turned down the position because of the commute but then they counter offered with more money p/h and a striped per month for gas so I thought myself silly to not accept. Really enjoying the work, although it is challenging and public schools need so much more support than what they are receiving right now.
