SomethingInked interview questions

Took a long time between sending resume and initial response. Interview was odd, there was a very cluttered room we were interviewing in. None of the people made eye contact and their communication skills were very poor. The overall mood of the interview was "AWKWARD!," with a plethora of unsure/odd silences. Once the interview was over, they took 10 days to respond to me.
